Create a sales order without completing payment. Attach customer, set delivery date, specify items. Converts to a final invoice on delivery.
Ordered → Packed → Shipped → Delivered. Update status at each stage. See all pending orders in one view.
Assign a delivery person to each order. Filter orders by delivery person to see their schedule.
Set expected delivery date per order. View which orders are due today or overdue from the pending delivery dashboard.
Separate view for orders where payment has not been fully collected. Follow up from the sales orders list or customer ledger.
